Q: I have registered my company on CTM but this has been rejected as we are already registered – why can’t we have more than one registration?

A: It is our policy to only allow one registration per company as a legal entity (i.e. company registration no, as listed with Companies House). This avoids having a multiplicity of entries for the same company, and Buyers not knowing which one to invite. It is also better for the Company to have one registration only. Note that a Company can create extra users within CTM for themselves.
