Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I get a debrief at the end of a tender exercise?

A: Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, we are obliged to supply all bidders with the contract award criteria, indicating the score that they achieved, the score of the winning bidder and the reasons for the decision, including the characteristics and relative advantages of the winning bidder in relation to each tenderer. The Alcatel letter therefore now has the purpose of replacing the need for debrief meetings as all debriefing information is now included upfront in the letter.
